Fortier Substance Abuse Testing, Inc. offers their services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. In order to use this service call 615-883-6962 and tell the responder that it is an emergency. The responder will notify a Fortier representative to immediately return your call.
Our after-hour services include the ability to do collection site set-ups nationwide for random, post accident, and for-cause testing. In specified areas Fortier has employees who will conduct on-site testing whether it be at a hospital or jobsite. Please ask the Fortier representative if the area in which your employee needing the drug or alcohol test is in a location where a Fortier employee can travel on-site.
