About Fortier Drug Testing
Fortier Loss Control Consultants, Inc. was established in 1984 by Lee Fortier in Nashville, Tennessee to provide safety related loss prevention services. In 1994 he recognized the need for independent third party administration and management for substance abuse testing in his continuously growing client base. Fortier Substance Abuse Testing, Inc. was established to meet this need. The company serves clients nationwide while increasing the number of services offered. In the fall of 2006, Fortier Substance Abuse Testing was accredited as a Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) Certified Collection Site. We are the Substance Abuse Testing Specialists.
Lee Fortier - Lee@fortiersafety.comLee Fortier is CEO of Fortier Substance Abuse Testing, Inc. and Fortier Loss Control Consultants, Inc. Lee has developed superior knowledge in the safety field due to his over thirty year span as a Loss Control Specialist. His knowledge and experience has brought both companies success. Lee is a Certified Safety Professional, Retired Colonel of the U.S. Army Reserve, and a DOT Certified Professional Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
Nikki Neal - Nikki@fortiersafety.comExecutive Vice President. Nikki Neal manages Fortier Substance Abuse Testing, Inc. She is responsible for all day-to-day operations. She handles all aspects of billing including accounts receivables and accounts payables. Nikki started with Fortier in May of 1999. Nikki acts as the administrator to the MRO, Dr. Kowal, in dealing with positive and problematic tests (i.e. refusals, substituted, adulterated...). She insures that all drug screens report out within 72 hours from the lab, and report to the company representative immediately upon receipt from the MRO. She maintains confidentiality of all positive and DOT drug screens. She also handles all tasks associated with background checks. Nikki is a DOT Certified Professional Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
Dr. Gilbert Woodall, Jr. - gw@premierohs.com; 615-833-6898MRO. Dr. Gilbert Woodall, Jr. is Fortier’s Medical Review Officer (MRO). He is a licensed physician who as a MRO is responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by a client’s drug testing program and evaluating medical explanations for certain drug test results. Dr. Woodall has specific knowledge and training requirements as outlined in 49 CFR Part 40.121. He has earned his B.A., M.D., and M.S.P.H. He has been Board Certified in Occupational Medicine by the American Board of Preventive Medicine and been recognized as a Certified Medical Review Officer (Drug Screening) by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council.
Kelsey Unland - Kelsey@fortiersafety.comDirector of Client Relations. Kelsey Unland works to identify all client needs and to provide satisfactory responses. She deals with all aspects of sales, client relations, and account set-ups. Kelsey is also a Tennessee Drug Free Workplace Trainer. She conducts both supervisor and employee training at our office and at on-site locations. Kelsey has been with Fortier since October 2002. Kelsey is a DOT Certified Professional Collector Trainer and Breath Alcohol Technician trainer.
Jennifer Foley - jennifer@fortiersafety.comCSR/Drug Screen Result Administrator Jennifer Foley is responsible for reporting negative test results to the Designated Employee Representative within 24 hours after receipt of specimen at the lab, maintaining protocol, and insuring the confidentiality of drug screen results. She also conducts collection site set-ups across the United States. She provides all statistical reports for all non-dot testing at the client's request. Jennifer joined Fortier Substance Abuse Testing in August 2007. Jennifer is a DOT Certified Professional Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
Kim Winecoff - kimw@fortiersafety.comCSR/Drug Screen Result Administrator. Kim Winecoff is responsible for reporting negative test results to the Designated Employee Representative within 24 hours after receipt of specimen at the lab, maintaining protocol, and insuring the confidentiality of drug screen results. Kim joined Fortier Substance Abuse Testing in August 2007. Kim is a DOT Certified Professional Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
Dallas Koscho - Dallas@fortiersafety.comOffice Manager. Dallas Koscho is the manager of FSAT’s Memphis collection site. She also manages the Fortier Loss Control office in Memphis. Dallas is a DOT Certified Professional Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
Jessica Goolsby - Jessica@fortiersafety.comCSR/Random Selection Coordinator. Jessica Goolsby is responsible for reporting negative test results to the Designated Employee Representative within 24 hours after receipt of specimen at the lab, maintaining protocol, and insuring the confidentiality of drug scree results. She is also Fortier’s Random Selection Coordinator. She receives an employee list for all clients in the random selection program to update and maintain all records. She is responsible for generating companies' random pool as well as statistical reports as requied by the company and DOT. Jessica joined Fortier Substance Abuse Testing in September 2008. Jessica is a DOT Certified Professional Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
