About Fortier Drug Testing
Fortier Substance Abuse Testing was established in 1994 after Lee Fortier, owner of Fortier Loss Control Consultants (FLC), recognized the need for independent third party administration and management of substance abuse programs in his continuously growing client base. Today, Fortier Substance Abuse Testing serves clients locally and nationally while increasing the quality and number of services offered. Fortier collection sites are accredited as Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA) Certified Collection Sites.
Lee Fortier - President. Lee Fortier is President and CEO of Fortier Loss Control Consultants and Fortier Substance Abuse Testing. He earned a Bachelor in Science from Tennessee Technological University. Lee is a Certified Safety Professional, Retired Colonel of the U.S. Army Reserve, and a DOT Certified Professional Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
Nikki Neal - Executive Vice-President. Nikki Neal is the Executive Vice-President and Manager of Fortier Substance Abuse Testing. Nikki started with Fortier in 1999. She is responsible for all day-to-day operations including but not limited to billing, MRO assistance, reporting of testing results, and the management of background checks and physicals. Nikki is a DOT Certified Professional Collector Trainer and Breath Alcohol Technician Trainer.
Dr. Thomas Kowal -MRO. Dr. Thomas Kowal is Fortier’s Medical Review Officer (MRO). He is a licensed physician who as a MRO is responsible for receiving and reviewing laboratory results generated by a client’s drug testing program and evaluating medical explanations for certain drug test results. Dr. Kowal has specific knowledge and training requirements as outlined in 49 CFR Part 40.121.
Kelsey Unland - Director of Client Relations. Kelsey Unland is the Director of Client Relations for Fortier Loss Control Consultants and Fortier Substance Abuse Testing. She started with Fortier in 2002. She has earned a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration. She deals with all aspects of marketing and business development. Kelsey is a DOT Certified Professional Collector Trainer and Breath Alcohol Technician Trainer.
Jennifer Foley - CSR/Drug Screen Result Administrator Jennifer Foley started as a Customer Service Representative and Administrator of Drug Screen Results for Fortier in 2007. Jennifer is a DOT Certified Professional Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
Kim Winecoff - CSR/Drug Screen Result Administrator. Kim Winecoff started as a Customer Service Representative and Administrator of Drug Screen Results for Fortier in 2007. Kim is a DOT Certified Professional Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
Jessica Goolsby - CSR/Drug Screen Result Administrator. Jessica Goolsby started as a Customer Service Representative and Administrator of Drug Screen Results for Fortier in 2008. Jessica is a DOT Certified Professional Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
Dallas Koscho - Manager. Dallas Koscho is the Manager of the Fortier Substance Abuse Testing collection site in Memphis, TN. She also serves as the Administrative Assistant to FLC's Memphis, TN branch office. She started her career with Fortier in 2002. Dallas is a DOT Certified Professional Collector and Breath Alcohol Technician.
