Unlike in-house management programs, Fortier clients’ management and staff are completely removed from imparting bias to their programs. Our independent operation is a valuable component of random testing, interpretation of test results and implementation of all aspects of the testing program. As an independent manager, Fortier is able to provide unquestionable, ongoing compliance and unbiased statistical information to client management who can benefit from the program’s effectiveness versus constantly overseeing its operation.

There are three primary facets to a drug test: 1. collection, 2. laboratory analysis and 3. medical review. Tests are often delayed, lost or even reported incorrectly. Solving these problems can involve any or all of the three facets. These problems are always time consuming. Fortier clients, who discover a problem, are able to resolve the issue by making one telephone contact—always to Fortier. Our staff quickly identifies the problem, corrects the delay, implements changes to avoid future delays and reports back to the necessary company official.
