Fortier Substance Abuse Testing provides physicals and wellness exams at our Nashville office. Wellness Exams are administered by our licensed Nurse Practitioner and reviewed by our supervising physician. The basic wellness exam includes height, weight, blood pressure, complete blood panel, urinalysis, hearing test, basic eye screening, body fat analysis and BMI (body mass index) and physical examination. We also provide physical referrals for locations outside of Nashville. Fortier has contracts with thousands of medical facilities across the country. We can locate one of these facilities in your area to recommend their services for a physical or for worker's compensation accident treatment.
